All these houseboats are registered with the Department of Tourism, Government of State of Jammu & Kashmir,India, and are designated as deluxe class houseboats.

Having 20 well appointed bedrooms(Twins, Doubles and Suites) we can cater a large number of group at a time . We are having a beautiful garden attached to the houseboats, with a spacious dinning hall, having a seating capacity for nearly 100 people who can enjoy buffet meals at the same time. Such kind of garden buffet is not found on all houseboats.

All the rooms are fabulously furnished and each bedroom has got a high tech attached bath with round the clock hot and cold water available to our guests.
